You're actively involved in defining product strategy for growth and innovation. Your collaboration skills with product management, engineering and business teams are unparalleled. Think in terms of design systems and make rational design decisions within a complex company structure. Deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment with short feedback loops You obsess over details in visual design and are constantly pushing your limits for creating user delight by enabling interactive experiences. You will be part of core UX team responsible for the front end of the product funnel starting from user onboarding, site navigation, search engine and product listing. You will be diving deeper for understanding the wishlist from user centric approach and driving UX for same. You will enable new and innovative ways to indulge users with sensorial experiences in their browsing journey. You have to continuously monitor and execute design systems for scaling the product and continuously improve user delight using interaction design.

Skills

• Proactively perform UX Audit while accessing the projects. Advocate for accessibility, usability and innovation within the organisation.
• You can think through user problems, find solutions, create high-fidelity mockups and interactions by working with engineers to build them.
• You look for opportunities to solve problems in innovative ways that are feasible at scale.
• Managing multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• You understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and are capable of communicating your ideas to stakeholders.
• You are an expert in using tools like Adobe After-effects, Principle or other similar tools for interaction design. Expert in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin or any other similar tool for high-fidelity UI.
• You have an online portfolio that demonstrates your dedication to design process and interaction design.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in UX Design.
• Work experience that involves atleast 2 live projects in B-2-C industry
