Job Description

Participate in the product definition process. Drive alignment by working collaboratively with the product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to effectively communicate the value of user-centric design. Develop user experience design concepts, wireframes, mockups, usage scenarios, interactive prototypes, specifications, navigation maps, design guidelines, and other UX design deliverables. Help design and maintain design pattern library and style guide. Ensure that visual design mockups meet the objectives of the user experience, fit with the overall brand, and are consistent.

Skills

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and information architecture across iOS, Android, and responsive web
• Strong expertise in design tools (need to understand Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Time management, planning, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of how to use data analytics, user testing, and research to inform and validate design decisions and focus on constant improvement
• Experience working in an Agile development environment using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience producing production specs/assets and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• Ability to create lightweight prototypes to test ideas.
• Experience designing components or patterns as a part of a larger design system.
