We are looking for passionate Product Designers who want to shape the experiences and future of technology. We work with companies big and small to solve problems across all kinds of industries from health to fin-tech to e-commerce, building everything from mobile apps, websites to product experiences. We’re looking for the type of person that lives and breathes user-centric design and can elevate the creative offering of the company. As a designer at Nickelfox, you will work autonomously on complete projects. You will work closer than ever with cross-disciplinary squads to create best-in-class products. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs.

Skills

• Experience leading discussions with PMs, engineering, other designers, and execs in evolving design proposals.
• Experience in building new consumer product offerings, and conducting user research to inform MVP definition and development.
• Expertise in considering the technical difficulty of different designs, and in finding ways to test concepts as simply as possible.
• Strong appetite to innovate and create unique products & experiences.
• Vast experience in ideation and execution of digital user experiences.
• A strong understanding of both user experience and interface design.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and designing beautiful UI.
• Understanding of building and implementing global design systems.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Autonomy and ownership. Working on a distributed team means you don’t have someone micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re getting things done.
