Job Description

To conceptualize and create the User Experience for Newgen’s B2B products and applications with a goal to create intuitive and delightful user journeys. To collaborate with Product Managers, Sales group to identify pain areas, map user experiences, and provide elegant solutions. Work along-with designers, and engineering teams till final project execution. To plan relevant approach covering user personas, task flows, user journey maps and other documentation to bring alignment and clarity within the project team. To present and effectively convey the design thoughts, methods and approaches to the project teams and stakeholders. To continuously strive to make the design processes more effective and efficient over time within the UX group and Project teams.

Skills

• Ability to be understand project requirements and use cases thoroughly by asking all relevant questions while brainstorming with various teams.
• Expertise in creating UX documentation like user journey maps, task flows, personas, etc.
• Trying out a lot of approaches while solving a problem, especially during wireframing. (The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas.)
• Has an understanding of UI design patterns to work along with the team.
• Ability to create UX prototypes to present to stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Ability to confidently explain design decisions to reviewers / stakeholders with enough plausible reasoning and research to substantiate your concept.
• Open to receive constructive feedback and making necessary course corrections if needed.
• High level of proficiency with at least one or more Design tools like Adobe XD / Figma / Sketch. ▪ Being a good team player and being able to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision. ▪ Being an active contributor within the UX group.
