Reimagine the future of retail with the world’s most beloved brands Contribute to the growth of the Narvar platform by researching and designing new elegant features for a worldwide user base Design localized UI of the core Narvar platform Build relationships with Product Managers and Engineers to grow concepts through design exploration, ideation and user validation Communicate your designs through wireframes, comps, prototypes, and detailed documentation Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize future products Research and evaluate existing user experiences to identify areas for improvement Champion excellent user experience and design at every opportunity Work with other designers to improve our processes and shape our culture Help build the product design team

Skills

• Required: 5+ years experience working as a product designer or UX designer
• Required: An online portfolio with examples of interaction design across apps, web projects, and software companies
• Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to help define the requirements, not just translating them into designs
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience designing for e-commerce applications
• The ability to prototype with motion and interactivity
• Experience using Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience coaching other designers.
• Fluency in HTML and CSS. Knowledge of JS is a plus
