Job Description

Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles. Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching and engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital banners. Designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to address design challenges and improve existing projects. Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Conduct research on competitor designs and industry trends to provide insights for project improvement and differentiation. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process. Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and asset libraries for easy access and reference.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Basic understanding of user interface design principles and user experience concepts.
• Strong visual and typographic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate changes into designs.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is a bonus.
