Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements while working closely with product managers and stakeholders to unpack problems, conduct user research and validate ideas. Create wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups and detailed UI and visual design for mobile-first web interfaces and marketing pages. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) following a data driven approach. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Take the ownership and help shape the product strategy and vision. Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets

Skills

• The ability to structure and analyse ambiguous problems – make sense of chaos.
• Experience designing for web and embrace best practices for responsive design. Working knowledge of iOS, Android, and mobile design best practices.
• Core understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Adobe XD & Figma.
• An ability to think in design systems, making experiences and evolving our design system to greater heights.
• Confidence in presenting your work and getting others on board with your design direction.
• Confidence to take criticism productively and to defend your designs through logical reasoning when necessary.
• An understanding of and interest in SaaS products.
