Identify design, formulate the problem, and Ideate through multiple solutions to devise elegant solutions. Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design, document, and deliver information architecture, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Understand and build on the design system for a consistent unifying experience across the entire product line. Take complete ownership of the product or function to deliver the final design. Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Skills

• Expertise in standard design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Adobe aftereffects ( or prototyping application of choice ), and Framer, is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Ability to do extensive research & analysis.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
• Keen eye for details to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting by effectively communicating ideas, designs, processes, and solutions to team and stakeholders.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through design.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

Produce a strong conceptual and expressive visual design that is engaging and reflects a cohesive visual style and tone. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience. Produce high-quality visual assets that enhance user experience and effectively communicate key messages. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Skills

• Experience as a Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and others.
• Familiarity with user interface design principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to maintain visual consistency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
