Job Description

Work together with Product Managers and the Lead Designer to gather requirements and come up with design solutions to solve complex user problems. Support design decisions with solid facts and research. Present ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process. Take ownership of features and see features from conception through implementation. Adhere and enforce defined brand, UX and visual design guidelines across the product and other design material. Provide design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups. Contribute to improving and maintaining the product design system, UI component library and documentations. Be an advocate for users and promote user centered design across the organization. Use analytics, user testing and research to investigate problem areas and propose improvements on the application.

Skills

• Experience working as a product designer or a UX designer designing applications for web and mobile.
• Experience designing products for APAC countries.
• Portfolio of your past work that showcases your process, interaction design, visual design and problem solving skills is a MUST.
• Working with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Invision and Adobe Illustrator. (We are using Figma)
• Strong visual design and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
