Job Description

Leading and managing a set of multiple design projects simultaneously. Conducting client and user facing interviews, research and workshops. Deciphering their needs and preferences, and guiding the project and your team in the right direction. Design, development and implementation of complex UI and UX designs for physical and digital products. Conducting regular quality control. Ensuring that designs are of the highest quality and meet the needs and requirements of clients. Co-ordinating with the client and regularly presenting concepts and designs for review. Co-ordinating with various teams in the studio for multi-disciplinary projects. Ensuring that all project timelines are followed and deadlines are met. Understanding team strengths, weaknesses and interests and delegating appropriate tasks accordingly. Ensuring a healthy work and emotional well-being among your team. Mentoring your team and providing guidance and support as they develop their skills. Engaging in ideation and brainstorm sessions for various studio projects. Self-led UI/UX design work that benefits the studio.

Skills

• Strong online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, User flows, wireframes, and screen responsiveness.
• Superb command over Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin and comfortable with Webflow and Editor X.
• High level of attention to detail, and the ability to find and filter out design mistakes.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams, while meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs clearly and effectively to clients.
• The ability to adapt to changing client needs and design trends, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments and new design tools and techniques.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflicting priorities.

Ideate and deliver creative strategies and design concepts that meet the objective of our sales and marketing messages Influencing design-led thinking across the business Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be the point of contact for the creative projects Execution of concept for a wide variety of designs including website, Social Media, email - newsletters design, and offline media with cohesiveness and alignment to the brand. Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organisation and that advance our brand and proposition Strategy Develops and implements assigned projects within given calendar and time frame; accountable to meet deadlines Identify the opportunities to improve performance and propose solutions Adhere to established brand tone and style guides, and digital content best practices

Skills

• Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Knowledge in After Effects and Premier Pro is a Plus
• Ability to manage and lead junior designers
• Understanding of latest design trends, techniques

• Experience in creating design for social media, digital marketing and branding
