Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation to prototyping, to user testing, to final production Participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work Conduct user interviews remotely or in person, conduct user testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests and analyze the data Design high-impact, functional User Interfaces for web, mobile, and other mediums Understand product requirements, and design accordingly Empathize with the user through their journey(ies) and understand their needs Communicate with users, researchers, product and tech teams to ensure everyone understands what is needed Understand, discuss & present user research findings Manage and contribute to the MoEngage Design System

• Has experience with designing scalable end-user, business web-based applications
• Has a bias for rapid prototyping & experimentation
• Has an exceptional portfolio that highlights your work and specific contributions to user-centered design solutions (Product design, UX Design)
• Has the willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
• Has Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathize with the user through their journey(ies) and understand their needs Understand, discuss & present user research findings
• Has a knack for planning well, setting & communicating timelines & delivering delightful results
• Has experience with SFA, CRM, and/or other enterprise-level applications
• Motion design knowledge and/or user research proficiency is a bonus

• Exceptional portfolio that highlights your work and specific contributions in user-centered design solutions (UX Design)
• Has good understanding of Visual design, Information design. Hands on in designing Visual assets like Creatives/icons will be a plus.
• Has the willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Motion design knowledge and/or user research proficiency is a bonus
• Excellent proficiency in using Figma as primary design tool.

Job Description

Ability to design high-impact, functional User Interfaces for web, mobile and other mediums Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product managers, developers, and Tech Leads. Experience in designing for SaaS products. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes. Aware of various product design, functional design and usability factors in designing.

Skills

• 3+ years of UX design experience
• Understand Mobile Ecosystem [ Android, iOS, Windows ]
• A bachelor's degree in design from a reputable institution
• Experience with designing end-user, business web-based applications
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, user-centered design solutions
• Able to handle work pressure and deliver to project deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
