Job Description

Lead UX Design: Take charge of the end-to-end user experience design process, from concept to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to design outstanding user-centric solutions. User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results. Visual Design: Develop visually compelling and consistent user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product portfolio. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, align design objectives with business goals, and present design concepts and solutions.

Skills

• Portfolio: Showcase a diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design projects and highlighting your problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, and a solid understanding of design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• User-Centric Approach: Strong empathy for users and an innate ability to advocate for their needs throughout the design process.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Prior experience leading and mentoring designers or design teams is a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
