Job Description

Shape the overall design strategy for the organisation. The resource will be required to develop a detailed design system to standardize the use of fonts, colours, components, etc. Manage end-to-end process for UI designs, from creating libraries to deliver and testing Provide logical reasoning and research to support the designs Manage end to end digital media creative Work with product team to create intuitive designs Communicate design ideas with the design team, product team and constantly reiterate designs until the best.

Skills

• Experience in creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.
• Experience with design tools (professional Sketch, Adobe suite and InVision experience is required).
• Good communication, storytelling and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup team-based environment.
• Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating final UI designs as well as rough work and sketches that demonstrate an understanding of interaction design, prototyping and visual design best practices.
