Job Description

Work closely with the leadership to drive user centric design ideation and delivery for creating delightful customer experiences. Conduct user research and use insights to drive the design decisions and creating simplified solutions for complex problems. Define design guidelines across product portfolio and create essential libraries and documentation to ensure consistent brand language. Create journey-maps, task flows, user flows, wireframes to communicate big picture thinking and convert broad concepts into beautiful functional mockups/prototypes to final visual designs. Design solutions that reduce friction and work seamlessly across all the supported mobile and web platforms. Make decisions based on data driven strategy. Generate and validate design hypotheses by data from in-page analytics, user research, behaviors flows, engagement metrics and qualitative feedback from customers. Work hand in hand with cross functional teams to deliver pixel perfect experience.

Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in a “user centric design” focused company as Product Designer or UI/UX designer.
• Bachelor's degree in visual design, interaction design, human-computer interaction or equivalent professional experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and clear ability to articulate the reasoning behind design decisions
• Proficiency in working with industry standard tools like Adobe, Sketch, Zeplin etc.
• Self motivated individual with strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Comfortable working in a faced paced low monitoring/guidance environment.
