Job Description

Collaboratively work with business/ design/ SEO teams to design and build sites with required functionalities. Maintain and improve the website by developing new user-facing and mobile-based features. Build reusable code and libraries for future use, and keep the code clean and well documented Optimize sites/applications for speed and different screen sizes. Do a primary level of testing to assure that the design functionality is working as intended before handing it over to the QA team. Conduct thorough review of user interfaces in multiple platforms to ensure all designs render correctly and systems function properly. Write functional requirement documents and guides. Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.

Skills

• Proficient knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies.
• Good understanding of the server-side environment.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
