Conduct user research and usability testing to refine our brand's design language across application UI/UX, social media, and beyond. Architect and manage design systems and guidelines, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that vividly convey design concepts and user interactions. Collaborate with developers to ensure the flawless execution of designs, providing support and resources as needed. Stay ahead of design innovation, exploring emerging trends and technologies, and fostering a culture of creative excellence. Partner with our marketing team to design compelling stories for a range of promotional materials, enhancing our brand's digital presence.

Skills

Building the visual story of the brand, and provide vital inputs to product vision and strategy Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on brand design, UI/UX design, social media, etc. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across digital products. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing guidance and assets as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies, sharing knowledge and advocating for innovative design solutions. Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials, websites, and other marketing assets.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and other relevant prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design and other graphic elements.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
