Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in motion editing and video production, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance the agency's creative output. Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance motion graphics and video content, leveraging their capabilities to streamline workflows and deliver cutting-edge visual experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content strategists, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics and video content into overall campaigns. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior motion editors, nurturing their skills and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
