Relentlessly iterate user experiences, monetization, and feedback loops Good understanding of gamification loops, and metrics-driven approach to iterations. Keeping up to speed with the quickly evolving market of creators, NFTs, gaming, and metaverses. Orchestrate and conduct user studies, research, and testing. Take key UX decisions and set up best practices for the UX design team.

Skills

• A portfolio that demonstrates good quality work - a strong understanding of user experience, visual aesthetics, and data-driven design.
• Experience working in the gaming/metaverse space with proven experience in scaling products.
• Interested in new technology platforms like metaverse, crypto, and creator economy.
• Experience working cross-functionally with remote teams.
