Job Description

User-Centric Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create user-centered design solutions that enhance the user experience of our fintech products. User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes based on the wireframe provided by the product manager, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing. UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. Ensure designs adhere to best practices in UI/UX and maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across products. Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency and scalability of design across our product portfolio.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (we primarily use this), Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (colour,, space, type and composition) and responsive design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) would be a plus.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and justify design decisions.
• You must take initiative and be able to handle projects independently.
• Things change rapidly here. So you should remain cool and work under pressure and shorter timelines
