Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to identify user and business needs Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features Find areas of our product that can be made better for the users Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation Help with hiring, mentoring, and establishing a design culture within the company Be an integral part of our product and tech team Design creatives to complement product sales and marketing

Skills

• A simple portfolio that highlights your work and thinking
• Tools ‘Must have’: Figma, Illustrator ‘Nice to have’: WebFlow, Procreate
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG guidelines), design systems, copywriting will be a great asset
• A keen eye for detail
• Unafraid to ask questions, pushback and remain resolute if you believe you are right
• Strong communication skills
