Job Description

Responsible for full-stack UX deliverables working closely with the product team Conduct Primary & Secondary research Develop alternative approaches to meeting product requirements, using judgment to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that take into consideration customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities Drive consensus and articulate clearly the design decisions Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design, and Visual Design. Understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective design solutions Design and enhance wireframes, build interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and other UI-UX design solutions for Desktop & Mobile products. Validate designs using a variety of user testing methodologies Synthesize analytical data and share the results with stakeholders including team members; iterate designs rapidly based on learnings. Deliver design solutions within a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team.

Skills

• Designing user experiences, knowledge of UI design principles, ability to prototype.
• Proficient in at least one UX design tool (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, After Effects, Sketch, Figma, InVision)
• Excellent UX design portfolio
• Demonstrable experience creating Mobile & Desktop products, with the ability to create basic website designs, a minimum requirement.
• Manage the design of large and complex systems of interaction using a human-centered approach.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to hold design discussions, both within the team & with stakeholders, through design sprints and other creative routes
• A confident communicator who is comfortable coordinating with team members using project management tools.
• Highly proficient with Figma, Sketch. Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, and other similar design tools & plugins
• Experience in UX research, wireframing and prototyping, experience working embedded in a team of developers, experience working agile
