Job Description

Enjoy working on design-centric and inclusive research. Further by following the necessary design process, one should be able to demystify user-driven needs from a behavior, cognitive, and aesthetic perspective. Be comfortable in designing storyboards with thoughtful narration to deliver high-craft, conceptually strong illustrations, and animations with the latest design trends to create a seamless experience for diverse personas. Be expert with rapid prototyping tools like Figma, framer, and deliver multiple iterations and versions of the workflows, wireframes, prototypes, sketches, and final delivery mockups, to illustrate design solutions. Verify, validate and improve on designs through reviews and formal usability testing & UX research with end-users. Have the ability to make sensible design decisions even when not all data is available and be able to figure out and correct possible mistakes that ship or are discovered before shipping a product or a feature. Work with their senior designers, product managers, and engineering teams with the user’s point of view throughout the design process.

• Expert skills in interaction design with a grasp of the UCD process.
• Expert skills in defining and analyzing user journeys.
• Storytelling - the ability to tell simple user stories illustrating solutions..
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills..
• Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering new products and features.
• Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to details.
• Strong prototyping skills.
• Experience with conducting user research is a plus.
• An online portfolio is a must.
