Create low to high fidelity mock ups with pixel perfect designs to be handed off to the development team Work with he development team to ensure pixel perfect outcome of the front end assets

Skills

Work with Design head and PM to plan and execute front-end projects, ensuring that the development team has the appropriate information to be successful. Solve complex technical problems and communicate the solution to non-technical management and peers. Responsible for ownership of the application code base which includes maintaining the integrity of the code, defining/enforcing standards and best practices, and performing and participating in code reviews. Adoption of lean methodologies where appropriate. Hire and retain the best possible technical talent.

Job Description

Identify key opportunities to improve User Experience across projects and oversee the entire process from inception through delivery. Selling ideas and presenting to all levels of leadership. Plan and conduct research and make meaningful recommendations derived from research. Skills

• Overall 6+ years of experience working in a UX Design role with minimum 3 in software design team and delivering to design projects.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering elegant, world-class design solutions in fast-paced collaborative team environments.
• Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of advancing business goals and solving unmet user needs, leading and influencing in a cross-functional context, and using research and data-driven decision making to inform the design of the experience.
• Portfolio and work samples including user-centered design skills, visualizations of complex experiences such as flows, scenarios, personas, etc. (any fidelity), sketches to mid-fidelity interactions (show your process) and clickable prototypes (any fidelity).
• Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams informed by stakeholder and user inputs.
