Job Description

Take ownership of design projects Design page layouts and templates Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off Produce design assets for use in social media and all marketing channels Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs Create and maintain a database of design assets Establish and promote brand guidelines, best practices, and standards

Skills

• Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Awareness of UI/UX principles
• Portfolio of strong creative work
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Social media and email marketing experience a plus
