Partnering with multiple stakeholders, including product owners, subject matter experts (across departments) and engineers to understand the problem to be solved and value to be gained Exploring a range of potential design solutions through low fidelity (could be pencil and paper) to high fidelity UI screens and clickable prototypes (as needed) Delivering responsive, accessible user centered solutions that align with business goals and objectives Integrating brand elements and brand tone in design decisions and solutions Creating, extending and maintaining design system’s components for related products with industry standard frameworks like Bootstrap and Material Design Working effectively and collaboratively with your partners to align on all key decisions and documentation through phases of the design process Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in the office

• Excellent visual design skills, with strong abilities in typography, color application, composition and hierarchy; ability to effectively apply and adapt brand identity standards
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and human interface guidelines, standards, conventions, and best practices
• Knowledge of and experience designing mobile responsive user experiences; experience designing with accessibility standards a plus
• Intimate knowledge of Sketch (required), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign a plus), PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Solid knowledge of current user research, A/B testing, usability testing, and prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, Principle)
