Job Description

Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviour and needs. Develop user personas to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock ups to illustrate design concepts including sitemaps, user flows, and navigation systems. Ensure logical organization and easy access to content and features. Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing interface. Conduct usability testing and make iterative design improvements based on user feedback and usability best practices. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user experience with business goals.

Skills

• Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in UX design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate based on feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and accessibility standards is a plus.
