Job Description

The ability to manage tight deadlines and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, engineering leads, and the lead UI/UX Designer. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, mind maps, prototypes, and/or sketches. Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the feature functions and will look like to the user. Prepare and present rough drafts to the lead UI/UX Designer and key stakeholders. Identify, test, and troubleshoot UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) in the web software. Blend research findings with usage analytics to iterate from low fidelity mockups to detailed designs

Skills

• Knowledge of Sketch App and Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Knowledge of designing creatives and video editing software
• Having a design portfolio

Skills

What you’ll need
Ability to solve complex design problems for global markets
A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
Effective prototyping skills
A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle
Comprehensive knowledge of mobile and web design patterns (and when to break them)
Demonstrates understanding of service design/systems thinking and integrating products/services across a platform
