work closely with product managers and engineers to generate requirements and design solutions that will make our users successful build flows, wireframes, and prototypes of your designs create design specifications to inform engineering and QA teams talk to our customers to learn how they use our products and identify their pain points work with designers, product managers, and engineers to inform product direction based on stakeholder goals and research findings lead all research initiatives work with and contribute to our design system seek and provide design feedback

Skills

• Experience working with decentralized or global teams
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your design concepts and rationale
• Experience designing enterprise software
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving, process, and design skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
