Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, packaging, brochures, and other promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop design concepts that effectively convey our brand story. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics. Maintain consistency in design elements, including color palettes, typography, and brand visuals, to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new software advancements to continuously enhance your design skills and bring fresh ideas to the table. Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and marketing managers, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry, with a portfolio demonstrating your creative skills and expertise.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and contributing innovative ideas.
