Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wire-framing, prototyping, and visual design. Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions and enhance usability. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Skills

• Experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in mentoring or leading design teams is a plus.

Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and designers. Work alongside the engineers and designers to expand the UI Design Systems. Design graphic UI elements like icons and vectors. Create responsive designs for web and mobile applications. Create beautiful UI mock-ups and prototypes. Adhere to the company’s style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Skills

• Strong control over designing and expanding existing design systems on Figma.
• Ability to conduct business requirements. Elicitation in collaboration with product owner and stakeholders.
• Experience in designing applications on the web and mobile.
• Strong capability to empathize with end users by conducting user interviews, questionnaires, and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong Knowledge of Figma Plugins.
• Experience using collaborative tools like Miro & Whimsical.
• Strong sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts
