Job Description

Defining innovative user interfaces and interaction styles that result in improved user productivity. Creating iterative sketches, mental models, user flows, wireframes and high-quality prototypes to communicate visual and interaction aspects of product features or enhancements. Collaborating with product owners, stakeholders and clients to understand business objectives and use cases. Facilitating design workshops with subject matter experts to gain consensus and inform design. Working as a member of the scrum team, taking on work in-sprint to achieve the sprint goal, influencing backlog prioritization, and suggesting feature enhancements and UI improvements that add the most value to our customers. Collaborating with the architecture and engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs. Building a deep working knowledge of our financial services platform. Helping shape and validate personas, user roles, scenarios, and experience maps for a variety of different use cases

Skills

• Experience working as an information architect or a conceptual, web, UX, UI or interaction designer.
• Experience with prototyping tools for generating flowcharts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and so on.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and soft skills. Must have a collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, and a spirit of innovation.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• A portfolio demonstrating your process of working through complex design problems.
• Ability to clearly present solutions to stakeholders.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
