Job Description

Designing and creating unique visual, web and video content that adheres to brand standards to support marketing objectives. Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content. Create stellar landing pages, webpages, slide decks and graphic collateral for use in the sales process. Update and own templates for whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media graphics and other visual marketing elements. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Translate marketing and branding concepts, technical discussions and overall campaign objectives into attractive design strategies. Serve as the go-to internal resource for visual design consultation and advice.

Skills

• Understanding of different frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript libraries..
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and XD. Premiere and Audition are a plus.
• Hubspot experience preferred.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Have a strong portfolio of graphic and web design work which demonstrates design thinking and creative problem solving.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams across multiple time zones.

Job Description

Investigating user experience design requirements and gathering information from product teams, global stakeholders, SMEs and end users and convert them into comprehensive UX design solutions for cross platform (mobile, tablet, desktop and wearables) applications. Represent the voice of the user with objectivity in the company. You collect, analyse and document user requirements, needs, challenges through primary and secondary research methods. Create journey maps, process flows and wireframes for design solutions that are intuitive, easy to use. Contribute to and maintain design system to design products that deliver simple and consistent user experience across products and platforms. Participating in design sprints, iterating on designs based on feedback and delivering complete and high quality work on time. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-off of designs ensuring experience gets translated well into development. Proactively identifying and seizing the opportunity to propose improvements to existing product design, design tools and the design processes.

Skills

• 3-5 yrs of experience designing for web and multiple platforms (Android, iOS, mobile web, desktop) to deliver consistent experiences across touchpoints.
• Strong UX process and the ability to justify every design decision, debate your views, challenge those of others while remaining open to other perspectives and be willing to accommodate when it is needed.
• Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web and mobile interface trends
• Understanding of different front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript libraries, and responsive design frameworks like bootstrap.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision.
• Have a strong portfolio of UX design work which demonstrates design-thinking, creative problem solving and a user centered design process.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams
• Bachelors or Masters degree in design or a related field will be a plus.
