Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you and find creative and effective ways of resolving them. Create high-quality videos: Compelling in both long formats and short, crisp digital adapts as well Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of marketing and video ideas Work with teams to review the impact your work has had and continuously refine video content to drive results for performance based digital advertising Develop video content for website, social media and different consumer groups and proactively translate content strategy to creative output Manage your own schedule and deliveries, prioritize your own work lists and project manage multi-stakeholder campaigns Go beyond the brief to spot opportunities and problems and offer solutions proactively.
