Sr. Ux Designer Job Summary: ● Manage the design team that is accountable for delivery of UI/UX on mobile devices ● Create and maintain the mobile device UI/UX strategy, vision, design guidelines and best practices ● Ensure proper documentation and supporting illustrations, including storyboards and context scenarios to ● Build and deliver high­quality user flows and end­to­end user experience ● Ensure success of UX design efforts by facilitating strategic, customer­centric view points across the ● Ensure that UX team is aligned with organization's business plan ● Define industry specific UX roadmaps for users of IndiaMART in large businesses Knowledge: ● Large UX Design program experience, Knowledge of Design Management for small and large customers ● Strong Knowledge User Experience Consulting experience ● Expert in designing UX solutions for Web, Mobile and other hand­held business and consumer devices ● Hands­on knowledge in UX Delivery ­ User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Usability Reviews, Heuristics ● knowledge of UI Development nuances ­ HTML4+, CSS2+, JS, etc support the UI/UX Strategy enterprise while delivering user experiences on mobile devices Skill: ● Design Thinking mind looking at Client's location specific content and design needs ● Strong PoV on Visual Design, Creative Visualization and Responsive Design ● Should be able to sell / present Design to any audience ● Strong experience performing Heuristic evaluations and Usability tests as well as documenting results and translating the findings into design improvements and client presentations ● Time Management ● Quick decision making Attitude & Behavior: ● Strategic thinker ● Display willingness to learn ● Likes to picks up challenges ● Self­motivator, Passionate, confident, opportunist & ambitious Qualifications: ● B.Tech (IT / CSE) ● M.
