Job Description

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs, goals, and pain points. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process and ensure user-centric solutions. Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design concepts. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience. Apply user-centered design principles to optimize the usability and accessibility of our digital products. Use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development process. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Advocate for user experience and design excellence within the organization. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing collateral that aligns with the brand identity. Work with the design team to maintain design assets, style guides, and design system components.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the real estate or property management domain.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to create effective design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with motion design and understanding micro-interactions is a plus.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing design principles is a plus.
