Job Description

Further development of the usability and user experience of our apps based on user tests, market observations and analyses to increase the user experience. Conceptualize and develop UX/ UI solutions for the mobile and web apps in an interdisciplinary team to optimize the user experience Ensure a consistent UX and design presence within the apps and to other online touchpoints Execution of app projects (project management) and support of individual functions in the apps Evaluating and creating texts or editing existing texts with regard to usability Inspiration by modern trends and consideration of these in the UX and design drafts Development of wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes for the execution of user tests Working closely with the app development teams, web frontend developers and project managers

Skills

• Completed, technical degree or comparable qualification in the relevant design/usability environment
• Professional experience as a designer in user interface design for apps would be added advantage
• Passion for creative UI design and for continuous user experience optimizations
• Experience in the execution of projects as a project manager
• Experience in creating use case oriented texts and in editing existing texts
• Confident with the tools necessary to create scribbles, wireframes, and designs
• Very good technical understanding of web and app technologies
• Experience working with agile project management and development methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
