Job Description

Convert client briefs to clear objectives and plan actionables Study client business to get complete understanding of the industry Conduct competitive analysis of other websites that operate in the same space and keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Conduct research to prepare customer analysis, user personas, empathy maps, affinity diagrams Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Conduct brainstorming session to address issues like navigation, page routing, usability, features and more Find creative ways to solve UX problems and work on innovations (e.g. usability, findability) Identify user and business problems and devise elegant solutions. Present solutions to client convince on the approach taken. Work on feedback Assist in new pitches or projects for new ideas and approaches in problem solving and UX Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs Staying up to date on the latest UX best practices and innovations End to end execution of UX projects with efficient time management

Skills

1. Clear understanding of interaction design and UX process of information architecture / Wireframes / persona creation / customer journeys
