Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product (UX) Designer to join our team. You will be part of a nimble team of product, UX, UI designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and content strategists. You will play a crucial role in designing and developing AI products to free up humans from mundane and repetitive tasks in finance. In your role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional product, engineering, and marketing teams to design the end-to-end product experience for Hyprbots' AI Assistants for CFOs and their finance teams. You will achieve this through gaining deep insights into our customers’ needs. You will apply those insights using your product design skills to map out a vision for an ideal-state experience. You will then influence your partners and work with them collaboratively to deliver on that vision.

Skills

• A portfolio of impactful work that demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
• Design experience for fintech/enterprise UX
• In-depth understanding of human-centered design/user experience design, ability to facilitate design sprints, workshops, and user research
• An ability to collaborate across teams and influence product decisions
• Clear articulation, ability to rationalize design decisions based on insights and backed by data.
• Strong visual communication skills - sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes, and creating prototypes
• Passion for high-quality design execution, fit, and finish
• A solid sense of ownership - you defend not just the design output but take responsibility for the product outcome.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, Zeplin

About the Company:

Hyprbots Systems is developing a series of autonomous enterprise robots. The company is building an unstructured data processing platform (UDP). This UDP is used as a foundation to create hyper-intelligent software robots for various horizontal business processes of an enterprise. The goal is to use NLP, ML, and computer vision to make business process-specific contextual output. UDP APIs get integrated into enterprise systems for HRM, ERP, CRM, Accounting, IT operations, and other functions. The integration layer has business process-specific nuances abstracted to achieve the desired outcomes. All of this is stitched together by the robotic process automation orchestrator.
