Develop engaging innovative web and email experiences (focusing on mobile and responsive design as well as accessibility standards) Maintain and explore design identity aesthetics per brand and oversee projects from concept, execution, delivery to QA testing Research customers, competitors, and products to deliver designs that are modern, relevant and follow industry best practices Work with stakeholders to understand requirements Ability to present low and high fidelity prototypes and mock-ups e to key stakeholders that clearly articulates how this design solves the business requirement Work autonomously and be self-motivated to deliver high-volume and high-quality outputs Exceptional teamwork skills and able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment Have a good natured, flexible, approach to design and coding Provide regular status updates to team members and managers Openness to feedback and interest in applying results from past projects to improve future designs

Skills

• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of UX design principles
• Demonstrable graphic and UX/ UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Direct experience designing and developing in Webflow
• experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Direct experience designing, coding and building modern email templates
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch
• UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis

Job Description

Working with other creatives to produce a variety of branded content. Create, follow and enforce the brand guidelines while fostering a community. Make daily independent design choices. Prepare artwork packages for development. Design and produce various marketing communication materials across different platforms and mediums. Conceptualize and draft design ideas for projects and campaigns. Work closely and communicate effectively with other teams to support strategic marketing initiatives and deliver projects within agreed upon timeframe. Recommend design solutions that are both versatile, innovative and on-brand. Research and recommend implementation of current design trends and techniques. Communicate with all levels of department and company personnel including limited direct contact with outside vendors and clients. Seek out and stay current on design trends, tools, and training.

Skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• A keen eye for aesthetic, creativity and detail.
• Conceptualize and execute on design guided by briefs, requirements, and industry trends.
• Use design best practices when it comes to color, typography and layout.
• Work with writers, stakeholders and other team members to produce exceptional design.
• Ensure design from concept to end are visually appealing, follow best practices and are on-brand.
• Mastering the process, utility, functions, and purpose of design to deliver the most creative, strategic and compelling work.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable in working with rapid iterations and multiple stakeholders.
• Should possess the ability to work in a team and independently.
