Job Description

• Reveal what users need from our products by conducting primary research • Collaborate with teams of designers, product managers and engineers throughout the design process from creation to production creating user flows, wireframes & building user-interface mockups and prototypes • Simplifying complex user interactions, making a user’s experience feel more intuitive, accessible and even magical • Craft UX documents that aid fellow designers in bringing the experiences to life

Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience

• Experience conducting interviews, field visits, usability studies, surveys and other research methods

• Strong product sense and focus on understanding the product/market landscape

• Collaborate with the CRM team to analyse user feedback, converting them into written and visual reports

• Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
