Job Description

In this role, you will create people-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Create and document user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces. Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience. Ensure the experience vision is driven by a well-defined nucleus of user needs, tasks, marketing, and business requirements. Communicate, document, and represent design direction to team members, senior management, and key stakeholders. Work with design, development, and program management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs communicate and function successfully for varying technical and performance specifications. Work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts. Effectively communicate with developers through the implementation phase to realize the design vision. Comply with project plans and industry standards.

Skills

• Have superlative visual design skills, think conceptually about design, present excellent problem-solving skills, and exercise the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape a product.
• Must have proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision; with a strong understanding of rapid prototyping platforms such as Invision or Principle. Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• The candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, an agile work style, and a growth mindset.
• The candidate must have the right work ethic, attitude, and skills to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail is a must for this position, and the candidate should be able to balance it with their delivery approach.

• Must be able to effectively communicate ideas with excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
