Job Description

Create and refine comprehensive UX user flows for business-critical interactions Work with engineers and product teams to test, evaluate and iterate on product features Monitor and analyze data, how well existing interfaces work, and where they break down Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions Develop and playback interaction concepts to the larger team and clearly defend design choices by employing prototypes at different fidelities to communicate design intent Identify new components, patterns, and templates to be incorporated into the design standards while working with other designers Prioritize design projects into tasks using agile methodologies and maintain alignment through roadmaps, deadlines, and stakeholder reviews Foster a team culture of transparent collaboration Contribute to our growing design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look and feel and user experience across the entire Hevo Dashboard Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience. You will often sit side by side to build prototypes and iterate on a daily, if not hourly, basis.

Skills

• Are experienced in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low and high fidelity), and documenting interaction patterns for product UI
• Are skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
• Have a high experience design bar and product sense demonstrated by past work or by having informed and clear views on various products in the market
• Are a creative leader. You can cultivate a shared understanding of the user-centered approach between the Design, Content, Product, and Engineering team
• Think in systems and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
• Have an excellent understanding of the application of colors, composition, scale, grids, typography, iconography, and illustrations
• Have proficiency in using software such as Figma, Sketch, Principle, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe AfterEffects

Job Description

Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc) Design original content/source graphics/video elements and develop digital assets for internal use Prepare storyboard for motion graphic project Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success teams to conceptualize and execute videos to support a wide variety of programs for a global audience Stay on top of video trends to make sure we're on the cutting edge of visual storytelling

Skills

• Solid understanding of motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, audio and video creation principles, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating moving design solutions
• Have a strong eye and passion, and experience creating illustrations and animations with your style
• Possess strong color theory, design, typography skills
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• A proactive, self-driven, and diligent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
