Job Description

Conduct insightful user research, develop user personas, and map out user journeys to create a well-informed user-centered design strategy. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Convert concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency in visuals and user experience across all our digital platforms. Work in tandem with the development and product teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Regularly present your design ideas to senior leadership, articulating and rationalizing your design decisions based on your understanding of user needs and business goals. Evaluate the usability of new and existing products, and offer constructive suggestions for change.

Skills

• A strong portfolio of design projects showcasing your skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of UX design best practices and deep knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
• Experience in health and wellness, e-commerce, or startup environments is preferred.
