Job Description

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development. Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design digital marketing materials such as banners, social media graphics, and email newsletters. Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to inform design decisions. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Skills

• A portfolio showcasing UI, UX, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively to create designs that meet user needs and business goals.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Passion for health and wellness is highly desirable.
