Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (After Effects, Fireworks, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, V-Ray, Illustrator, 2D/3D animation, and insert Programs here) Create an animation for marketing Work with the marketing team to create, create high impact video advertisements. The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills Meet with different brand managers and stakeholders to understand needs and share ideas Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations

Skills

• Exceptional command over Aftereffects. Should know figurative animations (real-life animation) as well
• Should be good at Illustrator to create files for After effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
• He/she should also be good at balancing colors, space, and typography Brownie points

Create designs across Healthkart for both the Web & Application across all platform Decipher briefs, UX research and learnings into creative solutions Collaborating with the product managers and developers to plan and develop new experiments Understanding customers and their behaviour Bringing ideas to the table to optimise KPIs Working with internal Design and Development teams to recommend changes to the product based on winning test results

Skills

• Work experience in UX & User interface design
• Experience in conversion centered design, persuasion design, interaction design or other related fields
• Experience with motion design to bring designs to life
• Passionate about design - new trends, best practices and a sharp eye for the smallest of details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with design tools such as Sketch and prototyping tools such as Invision
• A proudly presented, strong portfolio
• work cohesively in a small and fast-paced team
• Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills
