Job Description

Drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns. Developing product and/or service-related interaction designs, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions in close collaboration with the product, creatives, and other stakeholders. Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.

Skills

• You must be able to produce outstanding visual design work across a number of different platforms and various disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is a plus
• Strong visual design skills and an excellent portfolio demonstrating these skills
• Understanding of branding, brand design and marketing
• Confident presentation skills and the ability to introduce new ideas with clarity
• Must have a strong knowledge of design principles.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Front-End Engineer to develop, run and maintain our web and mobile applications. Successful candidates should have experience working in large user-centric applications built using JavaScript frameworks. Speed and performance is crucial to the digital properties we build. Ideal candidates should have the necessary skill and experience building applications from the ground up while carefully considering metrics like build size, data footprint, frequency of network requests, assets caching and optimization etc. The candidate should be strong in fundamentals of software development, data models and algorithms. They shall ensure various components and the overall application is robust and easy to maintain. They will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and achieving a quality product is important.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML & JavaScript
• ReactJS and/or React-Native/ AngularJS
• CSS fundamentals
• jQuery & Bootstrap
• Working with APIs
• Good UI design skills (from wireframe to code)
• Experience with state management
