Job Description

Create innovative and cutting edge user centric designs for our suite or applications across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. Take complex application workflows and features and turn them into a simple and elegant user experience. Ability to transform the best user interface standards of the consumer web and apply them to B2B applications. Design the UI framework, interface, and experience for existing and next gen products. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes. Develop and maintain detailed user interface standards and specifications. Work with our product and engineering teams to develop visually stunning products.

Skills

• Strong portfolio featuring examples of designs you built
• Demonstrate a high capability for creating simple, highly usable designs and interactions
• User-centered design perspective and understanding of related design methodologies
• Proficiency with web and mobile standards
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent ability to articulate your design decisions (verbally and written)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and independent
