Job Description

Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile SaaS applications. Develop process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Maintain and enhance the product’s design system to ensure consistency across platforms. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user pain points and needs. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and recommendations. Work closely with product managers to define design requirements and align with business objectives. Understanding the product vision at hand, and conceptualizing the UI architecture, and executing in the form of layouts, interfaces, graphics, icons.

Skills

• The candidate should have worked on mobile applications, additional SaaS web Apps experience will be preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and user-centric designs.
• Self starter with experience with developing user-centric interface designs.
• Proficiency in industry-leading design and collaboration tools particularly Figma.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing methods.

Job Description

Work with users and product stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into a product vision. Drive the UX project from idea-generation to implementation, using design processes and toolkits to attain high-quality design output. Design interactive solutions for computers, tablets, and mobile for the company’s robotics systems. Communicate ideas with stakeholders through Persona, Journey mapping, IA, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Ensure quality and delivery of final product from the development team. Understanding user requirements across different cultures and collaborating with multi- functional international teams, to support various localization processes Providing guidance and oversight to the work of junior staff, and mentoring them during the course of their career development in GreyOrange. Perform user testing and other activities to gain knowledge from our end consumers.

Skills

• 5+ years of user experience design experience. Experience in enterprise products is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Excellent visual, written or verbal communication skills
• Ability to take complex information and present it in an easy-to-understand manner
• Able to lead in the design projects with visual and interaction designers, utilizing
• appropriate UX design methodologies to drive solutions
• Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines in a cross-functional team
• Understanding of common software development practices
