Looking for UX Designer

Skills

• Experience in leveraging UX design principles, Design Thinking, and visual story-telling best practices to maximise adoption, usability, and under standability of visualisation and reporting assets.
• Ability to collect, understands, and translates requirements to elegant UX solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills,
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesise feedback and input from business leaders, functional leads, and developers.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating start-end UX process and design skills (typography, grid-based design, white space and color theory etc.)
• Bachelor or Masters degree in design (NID, IIT Bombay, Shrishti, Symbiosis etc..)
• You must have knowledge in the following Tools/Software: Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, Microsoft Office

Job ResponsibilitiesConceive and design engaging data stories etc. for all the mediums (TV, Print, Software) and formats (dashboards, infographics, motiongraphicspresentations)Work closely with customers and analysts and understand data and transform into engaging visualisations & data storiesParticipate in meetings and brainstorming sessions and convert ideas into quality designsStay abreast with trends, best practices a and future design direction and share the knowledge with the team. Requirements2+ years of experienceCollege degree in design and/or work experience in the area of data visualisationExcellent data visualisation and UI/UX design skillsPractical experience in Design Thinking and User Centered Design ProcessPresentable personality with excellent spoken and written communication skillsTools/Software:SketchAdobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignMicrosoft OfficeKnowledge of BI reporting tools like Tableau/PowerBI/Qlikview or similar
