Job Description

Design exciting, quality, engaging graphic communications including video editing, print, web, social media, website, maintaining our branding quality of excellence. Plan and execute marketing collaterals, social media and display advertising campaigns. To create ad campaign, brand identity, packaging design, web-templates, writing concept and designing whole campaign for all Glanbia brands in India. Take the design brief along with seniors to record requirements and clients’ needs Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Design and develop visually-appealing and interactive content Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas Learn and develop presentations, icons, graphics, poster, brochure, catalogue, etc., Learn the required tools and techniques and exhibit the learning with prototype development Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Art / Visual Communication / Multimedia / others
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to management
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Photoshop , Illustrator, In Design, etc.,)
• Be able to work autonomously in coming up with solutions on various digital and print projects
• Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
• Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design
• Creativity & quality, whilst working to short deadlines
• A passion for all things fitness, health and nutrition would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
